ADVOCACY

The Alberta Professional Fire Fighters & Paramedics Association takes great pride in representing professional firefighters, paramedics, and dispatchers in 22 communities across Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Each year, the APFFPA holds its annual Legislative Conference and attends the IAFF's Canadian Legislative Conference to advocate for frontline members, working with elected officials, labour partners, and the provincial government to improve wages, working conditions, and health and safety for firefighters across Alberta.
